Feeling Good 2016

This is a 6 week program that guides you through a transforming experience.  We will be reviewing physical, mental, and spiritual areas of your well-being.  It will include one on one and group sessions.  This is an intensive 6 weeks of your life to create a change in your life.  Please see below for more details of the program.  We will develop a support network to assist you in achieving your goals.

  • Understand reasonable food portions and calories burned to support their goals
  • Identify strategies to lose or maintain weight
  • Understand concepts of a support network

Program includes

  • 2 – one on one health coaching sessions to conduct personal assessments, goals, support and program design.
  • 6 – 1 hour yoga sessions
  • 4 – 1+ hour educational sessions (intro, stress management, self-care, maintenance, planning etc)
  • 30 – 1/2 hour cardio/strength classes (times and days will be determined by group within first week of program)
  • 1 food portion set with instructions
  • 2 – 1/2 hour massage sessions
  • 1 – group field trip with wellness activities (food, movement, and Fun)
