There are a few approaches to this program. The employer usually selects one of the three options or more to best suit their wellness efforts.
1 – Services provided within workplace environment – assessments, massages, coaching, yoga sessions, relaxation classes, etc.
2 – Services can be provided and determined by employee at Wellness Center.
3 – Services can be provided in a retreat option – half to full day or multi-day experiences.
This is a shared cost partnership between the employer, practitioner, and employee to assist in the well-being of the employee. The ultimate goal is that every employee has the opportunity to alternative therapies to meet their optimal wellness.
