4pm – Eli Brown – Calming with Conscious Breathing:

In this workshop we will learn about some basic tools to help release physical, mental, and emotional stress held within the nervous system. We will be learning some basics on the inner workings of the breath and body as well as the Vagus nerve function. The main focus will be on the technique of Conscious Breathing and I have a few tools to help support you as well. We will do a short guided breathwork session, I will show you some calming acupressure points while we sip some herbal tea and try some essential oils. All of these resources are super easy to integrate into your lifestyle and should benefit you tremendously. Bring a yoga mat or pillow to sit or lay on, you can also use a chair if needed.
